They have black diamond like sections on the toe and heel as well as metallic silver trim. They are style number 0722 and in size 38 which is about 7 or 7.5 in US sizes. I am size 7 and they fit me well. I could see them also working for a 7.5 so I would say they are true to size. These shoes are like new with very little wear and no visible signs of use
