Carven NWT Blue Halter Dress size 4

Gorgeous detail and structure in this heavier material halter dress from Carven. Size 4 (36) in a great marine blue. The scalloped edging around sides to deep v back are so gorgeous and the seams add. Beautiful structure to this piece. I would keep it but I really don’t have occasion to wear it and it needs to be shown off! Purchased at a Nordstrom for $695 Pet and smoke free home.
