hithtr @bettyrhonda It is such a gorgeous dress. I don't know how to properly measure the gown BUT I tried my best. I've taken photos and listed the measurements in another listing for you. hithtr @bettyrhonda Oops. the hip should say, 36". Please double the 18". That's what I measured when it was flat on a surface.)
