Stretch velvet and lace top that can be worn on top of or off the shoulder. Lace rose adorns the left side of lace neckline. Would be super cute worn with jeans for more casual look or glittery skirt for a fun elevated look. Measures approx. 18” from top of neckline to bottom of hem and ~13” at the waist (and stretches).
