The ones like this I’ve googled have ran into the couple of thousands, just want to get rid of it I don’t know it’s worth and honestly don’t care, shooting for 2000 but shoot your best offer, the full brand name is “wool and cashmere, a luxurious blend” not even sure if it’s men’s or women’s. Seems pretty gender neutral

modafor1 Is there any other label?! Have you tried it on?! What is the front like?! And is the outside fabric looks like cashmere? When brand put cashmere first and then adds wool it will usually be a blend heavy on the wool—otherwise they put content in %% so you can be sure it’s close to majority cashmere! Hope it helps! To me it looks like English made fabric and style is Versace like but older!! Good luck to you hope it’s worth a ton!

modafor1 @coopergriffis it’s my pleasure! I like clothes and I try to help if I can but here it is not much to go on! If you would take a picture of it hanging on a hanger with buttoned front and then unbuttoned one, i could really help by naming design house (maybe!) but here I just did what I could!
