Caslon Navy belted dress, Midi length

Beautiful sheer material with lining everywhere but the sleeves. Sleeves have loose elastic band at base. Belted waist around a loose body. Material is 100% polyester. Size L- this would fit a 14/16 but would be too big for a 12. Purchased at Nordstrom and wore once to a wedding. Smoke free pet free home.
