tiffanys2017 @blackheart36 hi the waist does not stretch ,only the chest portion stretches because the elastic are in the chest area in the back portion . Thank you for visiting my closet.

blackheart36 @tiffanys2017 damn. I really want it. I used to have this exact dress but it must have been donated because I can't find it anymore. I’m usually a size 4-6 in dresses and I'm nervous if I get it, it won't fit. :/

tiffanys2017 @blackheart36 hi the leopard Maxi dress the chest stretches up to 15 1/2” and the waist stretch up to 14 inches flat. See if that is working for you. Have a great evening.
