Inside has COP91, stands for Castings on Parade, a jewelry manufacturer based in Albuquerque NM. It’s copyrighted in ‘91. It is a gold tone over a metal base. Metal base has pin head spots underneath the heart. Outside all gold tone. Beautiful little ring. Size is 5 or 6, but no bigger.
