hollybb727 Great thank you! PTP measurement is armpit to arm pit in inches measured straight across one side. For example 34 inch bra would fit best in 17 in PTP measurement, 36 inch bra, 18 in PTP, etc. Hope this helps!

lcerrone @hollybb727 updated the photos with the measurements. I could only use my phone measurement app so give it take an inch (the fabric is stretchy)
