EUC Perfect for school/office work or church. Beautiful and so feminine. Cap sleeves, hidden side zipper, fully lined. Has belt loops intact for a belt (I think it originally came with a black grosgrain ribbon, but I can't find it). This looks so pretty on; it has a full circle skirt that is so flattering and feminine. Hits about mid calf on me (I'm 5'3). So classic with a pair of black or red pumps and some pearls. 13.5 inches at waist lying flat. 44.5 inches shoulder to hem lying flat.
