Casual Cotton Comfortable!

This dress is made of the softest cotton. The design also creates a light, flowy feeling. Although it an XS it fits on the larger end. I am 5'5 and the hem hits mid to lower knee. The front of the dress has a "V" neck but the back has a full back. Looks cute with a tank top underneath.
