This is an Apartment 9 Royal Blue dress. It falls just past the knee and has thicker tank top style straps. It is 95% rayon and 5% spandex. It was worn and washed one time, so it is practically new! Very comfortable as well!

snyde1bm @gibby052 Sorry, I didn't make it home until super late last night. It is 29 inches from the bottom of the strap to the bottom of the dress.
