Casual Dress, Sz 4

It says size 10 but fits perfectly to my size 4 dress form. It is see-through in the upper part except the lines of sequins along the torso. The skirting has 2 layers of lining and one has the tulle to serve as pitticoat. The upper material is made of stretchy fabrics for comfort fittings. Measurements in flat: Bust: 17 inches Waist: 13 inches Length: 33 inches
