Casual Skirt by Frenchi

NWOT Frenchi Skirt. Size Medium but fits a Small too. Pretty pattern in turquoise, royal, yellow and white on a black background. All rayon, unlined, and machine washable with an easy smocked elastic waist. Measurements in the photos, but about 13" at the waist and 17" in length.
