Casual White A-line Dress

This dress is very easy and comfortable to wear. It has circle skirt with three quarter sleeves. It has black piping at the neck and the zipper. The material is almost sweater like so it's nice and warm. The waist is right above the belly button and measures 13" and from there down the skirt is 19.5". It's labeled as a large but is definitely more like a medium.
