Casual black mini dress

Simple, straightforward no-nonsense yet stylish black mini dress. Elastic band that you can adjust to waistline or below the waist for a different look; has plain gold "coins" hanging off each elastic pull to add a little accent. No size or name tags. I was sure this was a brandname dress, but can't find name or size. I wear S size, but this dress is loose enough to easily be an M size.
