Casual dress by deluxe LA Blues

Size small casual tank dress from brand Deluxe LA blues. Black and gray layered design on top. Smokey blue metallic floral flower bottom. I am 5'5 and pair it with leggings, it comes just below the waist on me. If you are more petite or shorter then i am you could totally wear it alone :)
