Casual mini dress from ModCloth - flaws!

This sweet little dress needs some love! I keep saying I’ll fix it, and it keeps not happening. Maybe someone else can fix it up? Seams are coming loose on the chest and sides. There’s also some light piling in a few areas and a small stain on the skirt. Lower half is lined with a stretchy polyester. Fits like an XS - see measurements.
