Casual strapless blue and white patterned dress

Casual and comfy, resort worthy strapless dress. Skirt part of the dress has a pretty opening to reveal legs, but otherwise it’s a maxi length. Fabric is 95% viscose and 5% spandex, washable, soft, jersey like fabric.
