Casual, teal & orange, floral, midi sundress - size XS

NEW teal & orange floral sundress. Could be great with strappy sandals or western boots. This is a beautiful dress with a fitted top & flowy skirt with tie-waist. It is super lightweight. I bought this new but it was too small for me. It has never been worn. SIZE: true to an XS, I'd estimate a size 2/4 (tag says S, but it runs smaller than a typical S) MEAUREMENTS: - bust: 15 in. max - waist: 15in. max (has adjustable tie) - hip: 18in. max - shoulder to waist: 13.25 inches - waist to hem: 27.25 inches MATERIAL: 97% polyester, 3% spandex
