Found in a NYC vintage shop and fell in love! Super cute and kitsch. Black and white cat blouse with black Peter Pan collar. Buttons in back at neck. Short sleeves. Unlined. Marked XL but fits more like a large with a boxy fit. Fabric is 97% polyester and 3% spandex. Lightweight for spring and summer or under a jacket or over a mesh top for fall and winter.
