sunshineday19 @vinni116 Hi! The straps are not adjustable. I think it’s the perfect color and style for a sun dress too but it is a bit see thru so I’m not sure if you would like that. From the top of the dress to where the fabric design changes is 17.5 inches. I have two other summer-ey styles in this size I can add them to a bundle so you can see them in case you haven’t. One is a summer sun dress the other is a summer romper.
