@mgks44 hi! Laying flat from shoulder to hem it is 28”. And it is about 17” across. The ruffles on the sleeves are so gorgeous!!

@mgks44 it is not a true size 8. I am 5’1” and I had it alerted because I loved the dress so much and couldn’t find my size when it came out. I am also thin and the dress isn’t skin tight, it does have wiggle room and give and fit more like a shift dress
