coolkittycarol hi my name is Kitty I noticed that you're an ambassador if somebody already purchased an item from me and I haven't mailed it yet and they want to add another item on to it ...instead of paying double postage I can send it in one box... so what do we I do or does she do in order to be able to send in one box and in just a single postage?

fashionicon1970 @coolkittycarol congratulations on your sales. I happened to me once. I shipped everything in one box and it took a month to get paid for the second item. They had a hard time understanding I did not use the shipping label blah blah blah. The best thing you need to do is ask your customer to cancel both sales and then make an offer as a bundle to save on the shipping. This is how I would play it now.
