Catherine Noll Primitive Carved Hook Necklace

An astonishing piece, discs of carved horn and wood graduate around the neck, culminating in a carved hook that is museum worthy. Difficult to tell from my photos, but this piece absolutely glows, it has a presence to it, it feels important. Attributed to Catherine Noll, unsigned, exquisite quality. Colors of brown, tan, black, deep wine red. Absolutely stunning, it’s in lovely vintage condition, smells very faintly of perfume, and is longer than average at just over 19” Please note: this is not Gerda Lynggaard pour Monies Copenhagen— often mistaken, the confusion is understandable, but there are differences, however subtle.
