NEW w/o tags. Catherine’s Blouse in a blue tie dye look. Button up. 2 front pockets. Sleeves can be worn up in clasp or down as shown. You can see through this material. It’s a shell cotton. I recommend wearing a white tank or similar underneath. Size 4x 30-32W. Since this is new I won’t be washing it before shipping. It is wrinkled due to being folded and stored in closet.
