This is a Catherine's Button Down Blouse that is a size 3X. It has hidden buttons down the front. It has long balloon sleeves. It is 97% Polyester and 3% Spandex. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-31" and the length is 31". It is in good preowned condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure pit to pit laying flat for the Armpit to armpit measurement.
