Cathy Hardwick Black Velvet Dress

Gorgeous strapless vintage Cathy Hardwick dress, I had it professionally altered to remove some of the lower fabric to make a smoother profile. Satin hanging straps. Has invisible zipper. Sumptuous black velvet, was certainly expensive at time purchased. No marked size- it’s Small, see measurements in last pic. Could be part of a Costume for Halloween (Sorry pics aren’t better, will retake at some point)
