idelacosta @cece21387 hi they aren’t scuff marks. The boots are made this way. Like a lot of things theses days they are made to look worn in. Hope that helps.

I’m not sure what you have, however these have only been worn a few times and are definitely in the same shape they were when I purchased them from the shoe store. They are not scuffed and worn, it’s definitely the way the boots were made. I’m sorry if you feel differently.
