kandi_kay @cherryka213 hi, I believe all sales are final, unless the item is not as described. I'm new too :) I just started last month, haven't had any returns. I usually ship the day after you purchase and it should arrive to you 2-3 business days. So if you purchase today, I mail it out to you tomorrow, you should get it by Wednesday.
