Excellent white and blue striped blouse top by Cathy Petite. The top has silver metallic thread stripes in them. Seashell buttons. There is 1 small stain at the top front and 1 small stain at the top back neckline on the inside and out. It's a possibility it can wash out. The fabric content tag is missing. Feels soft and lightweight like cotton. Sleeves can roll up. Overall in good pre-owned condition. Measurements laid flat- 20" bust 25.5" length 18" sleeve length (quarter sleeves) fabric has no stretch
