Cathy Sue Aqua Chiffon 80s Dress

This dress is a lovely aqua, lightweight chiffon with a tiered scalloped skirt. The waist is elastic. It's such a simple but lovely spring dress! The waist elastic is a little stretched out but still has some give to it. There are several pulls throughout the fabric. No runs or tears, but snags that have pulled a bit. No other noted flaws.
