Cato Black Knee Length Skirt with Big Ruffle and Ribbon Size Large NWOT

This Cato black knee length skirt is 94% polyester and 6% spandex. It has an elastic waist and is a size large. It has a 6 inch ruffle along the bottom that is trimmed with black grosgraine ribbon and a bow on the left side of the skirt. The skirt is self lined and measures 25.5 inches from waist to bottom of hem. It’s new without tags. Never worn. Excellent condition. Smoke-free home.
