Cato Blouse Size 26/28W. The blouse is 97% Polyester and 3% Spandex. Machine washable. Elbow length sleeves. The color of the blouse is black and gray. Thin. Sheer. Stretchy. Cinched on the sides. at the bottom. Wide waist band. Scoop neckline. The blouse shows signs of normal wear and has some piling. Please see pictures for more details. With the garment laying flat the measurements are as follows: armpit to armpit is 30 1/2 inches and from back of the neck to bottom of the blouse is 25 1/2 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
