Cato, Cold Shoulder Dress

Cato Cold Shoulder dress, size 18/20W. Sewn in liner with a faux crochet top. color is off-white / cream. !!!~there is minor staining at the front bottom hem, it is pictured to the best of my ability. staining is circled in blue in the last picture.~!!!!
