Cato Faux Wrap Dress

So cute, NWT never worn, Cato dress!💕 Its is navy blue with a paler sky blue and white pattern on it. It is a faux wrap at the top and has a belt connected to the dress, hard to explain but hopefully you can see in pics!😊 The length is about 40 inches.
