Cato Skirt White With Brown Printed Lace Detail

Cato White Skirt with brown lace print at bottom. Size 14. There are tiny little black dots on the front and back. I'm not sure if it's part of the fabric. They are very faint and hard to see. Elastic waist with crochet looking lace detail. Waist 35" not stretched 41" stretched. From a smoke free pet friendly home. Cleaned and ironed then stored in my shop with no pets.
