Cato Vee Neck Dress

Pretty Cato Vee Neck Dress in GUC. Dark Blue trim at neck, waist and hem. Side zipper closure. Attached blue Sash to tie. No fabric content tag but feels like Polyester. Soft and Satiny. Color is mostly Blue and White but there are Lime Green tiny flowers mixed among the rose flower print. Measures approximately 16" across under the arms and shoulder to hem is 37". B-5 9.23
