Cato brand navy blue and patterned top

This too is super soft at the top and very flowy. It is navy blue at the neckline and a vibrant pattern below. It is slightly shorter in the front than in the back, measures 25 inches from shoulder seam to hem in the front and 27 inches from shoulder seam to hem in the back and 20 inches across the bust. The sleeves are cap sleeves.
