Cato dress

Blue and white Cato dress. It comes with a thin black belt (as pictured) that was originally went on the dress but the best didn’t really feel nice around my waist so I cut the thread holding it in place but it’s unnoticeable. Light, flowy material that’s perfect for summer. I wore it maybe 4 Times. From smoke free home! No stains or tears that I can see
