Cato fashion cut out pleated pink skirt

This skirt is from Cato's size 20w. It is fully lined. it is pleated at the top to give more twirl and volume. It can be dressed up or down. I personally wore this with a shirt tucked in and pulled to my natural waist. very pretty vibrant pink! good used condition. There are a few pulls/frays. please see photos for details.
