Cato brand size 8 dress. Top black portion is halter style with ruched design and lightly padded cups, zip and clasp closure on the side. The bottom is a black, greens, and white handkerchief design with a similar to satin sheen and feel to it. The dress hits right below the knee to mid shin on the longer pieces. Waist band is approximately 13.5 inches and has some stretch to approximately 16 inches. Pit to pit is approximately 16.5 inches. Smoke free home.
