Cato women’s dress or beach cover up maybe.

I’m not exactly sure what this dress is made for. It’s a knit material cinched at the waist. I was going to use it for a beach cover up but not really sure if that is right. Great colors of teal, navy and cream. The sleeves are almost butterfly wind type, very comfy! Size states 18/20w
