Cato women's southwest pattern side fringe skirt size 14

this skirt has a southwestern design to it. there is a zipper down the back with an eye and hook closure at the very top of the waistline. there will not be any wiggle room for stretch. on the front on the right side is a line of small fringe from the waistline to the hemline. this is tightly woven design. there is an inside black colored lining inside the skirt. I do see some fuzziness and I did 2 pulls. one in the front close to the waistline on the left. and the other up closure to the waistline by the zipper. found no issues or flaws. smoke-free home and pet friendly home. measurements in pictures. measurements laying flat with no stretch. rack D, section A
