Cato’s Women’s Blue Cold-shoulder Shift Dress

Cato’s women’s gorgeous royal blue shift dress. Has cut out on upper back and cold-shoulder sleeves. Sleeve length is short. Hits above knee on me (I’m 5’11”). Very soft but sleek knit material. Would look great hanging straight or belted. No brand or size tag but confident I bought it from Cato’s and it’s an XL. Excellent condition minus a tiny snag (see pic) on the front that is barely noticeable.
