Navy blue and white striped sleeveless jumpsuit by Caution to the Wind. Size small based on measurements, size tag is missing. It is a lightweight material, possibly rayon. There is a small pull on the front. It has been stitched and is hard to see from a distance. It ties in the back and has plastic buttons (non functional) that look like wood. Waist is 15", ptp 16", inseam is 20" with a dropped crotch.
