Caviar vintage top.

Really cute sleeveless black with white polka dots top. Button up with collar. The center of top with the buttons has a really pretty ruffle all the way up. The edges of the sleeveless top has a small ruffle on each edge. Very lightweight. A top that can go to office or casual wear. Has small slits on each side. Made very well!!. Measurements lying flat approximately pit to pit are 18" total length 24". Beautiful top!💕💕
