Purchased from Nordstrom, this CeCe blouse has only been worn a few times and is now looking for a new home. It is perfect for elevated office wear or just a feminie look paired with jeans. Fully lined in a beautiful Caribbean blue color with ruffle fluted sleeves. This blouse is a winner. (Width of top when lying flat is about 18.5 to 19". Sleeve length about 17" and overall length is 22.5".)
