CeCe Flower Dress with Bow Tie Back

CeCe brand floral dress with neck tie lapels that can be worn loose or in a blow on the back of the dress. It is a beautiful bright floral pattern with long sleeves and bottoms that match the material. It is also lined. It's actually a mini-dress, but I'm 4'11 so it was much longer on me. It's comfortable and stunning all in one. I have to part with it because it no longer fits, but it's been a statement dress for me.
