What's the exact inches of the waistline?

@freegift Thus is a shift dress, so there isn't a waistline. It flares from 21" flat pit to pit to approximately 24" flat at the ruffle line. Wherever your waist may fall would be between those measurements. I measured at about halfway, and it was about 22" flat.
